Hello,
My Starling Bank account was linked to my Quickfile but it has gone off.
How do I reconnect it?

If you go to your Starling account on QuickFile, and then go to More Options >> Activate Bank Feed, this will take you through the process.

Just to double check, do you see the Starling Bank logo when viewing the account?

What options do you see under the More Options menu?

If you’re seeing “Feed Settings”, it suggests there’s already a feed there.

What comes up if you click this option?

This bank feed is not currently active because your account access has been deactivated.
Please re-connect your Starling bank account.

Thanks for that. I trimmed your post a bit as it contained links to your account.

Starling works a bit differently to the other feeds (as it’s not Open Banking). In this case, please can you click “Delete feed”, and then you can set it up again as a new feed.
