I have altered my invoice layout to read “Professional Services” along the strapline that includes “rate” “hours” and “total” and on all my statements the invoices are listed with the description “Professional Services” except one where the description is the date of the first invoice in the sequence and this continues for all the subsequent invoices so the statement lists date January 1st, Invoice number 24, description “January 1st”, , Date: February 1st , Invoice number 25, Description: “January 1st” and so on.
Any help with this ?

The description field on the statement would be taking its information from the “Invoice Name” field on the invoice.
I would suspect you have a date in this field on one or more of your invoices.
If you view the invoice list, in the 4th Column, can you see any dates?
These can be edited if required.
Thank you, Steve. I have edited the description in the “Invoice Management” page and that has changed the statement. A further look shows that some of the descriptions that were previously “Professional Services” changed at the beginning of the year. I will edit them all in the Invoice management page and see if they all go back to Professional Services with the new invoices next month.
