Stock managment

I have a basic question regarding the management of stocks. I have a newly registered business, selling products. I’m starting now, so there are no previous entries.

I created a sample example, What should I mark each of these as?

  1. 1x Stock Item 1 (used item, nonfunctional)
  2. 4x Stock Item 2
  3. Shipping cost for Stock Item 1
  4. Vat and duty cost for Stock Item 1
  5. Spare parts for repair of stock Item 1
