Storage of Data

Hi there,

Am brand new to Quickfile; please could you let me know how storage of data works with Quickfile. Is there any information stored on the local computer at all or is it ALL stored on the cloud?

We use various laptops in the business so need to know this before we embark on this project.

Welcome to QuickFile!

It’s completely cloud based, so nothing is stored locally. You can upload files and attach them to receipts and invoices, or just store them in the document manager (such as HMRC letters, statements etc.), if you wish.

It’s the perfect way to manage your accounts and invoicing if you’re using multiple devices - one point of access, no need to worry about moving files, you just need an internet connection and it’s all there for you :slight_smile:
