I setup our account to use Stripe about 2 years ago. We have only received one payment in this time due to not trading but it still looks to be working fine. The problem I have is we cannot login to our stripe account as the email address is coming back as not recognised. Is it possible within Quickfile to see which stripe account you have linked too?
Unfortunately, we don’t keep a record of the email address associated with the Stripe address.
It may be worth reaching out to Stripe themselves as they may be able to identify you by company name or similar.
