Stripe Balance

Hi there having problems with stripe and quickfile. My stripe balance in quickfile goes more into a minus when i tag stripe transfers from main bank account? hope this make sense.
I.e a payment made from stripe is in the main bank account when i tag it the stripe account goes more into a minus the more i tag

There looks to be lots of duplicate transactions on the stripe account.

One is coming from the feed and the other looks to be a statement import.

The balance will look incorrect as there’s potentially double going out to what is coming in.

It may be worth reconciling your stripe account to an actual statement from them and removing any duplicates.

Thanks for this. I have untagged all STRIPE PAYOUT seemjust need to delete them to bring the stripe balance back to normal. seems be working thanks. But how do i stop the duplicates coming in again? Lifesaver thanks

There’s a checkbox in the stripe feed settings to ignore payout transactions - that will prevent the payouts from appearing on the stripe side, so you can tag them from the main bank account side without getting duplicates.
