Stripe fees not showing up

I used to have the Stripe fees automatically appear on my Stripe account.
They no longer are, I have checked the settings and the Ignore Stripe Fees box is unticked, I don’t remember changing any settings. Thanks

When did you notice that the fees stopped appearing?

just now trying to reconcile at 1/4 end

I have posted a journal for costs but would be good it it worked automatically again

If you’d like to send @QFSupport a private message with your account number we can take a look at the feed to see why they stopped being pulled through
