Hello
what does htis mean on my account? Your account is graded as “L” and will require an active subscription once your 60 day trial period has ended. 2 days left
The “power user subscription” is required for any accounts that have more than 1000 nominal postings in a rolling 12 month period and are not managed by Affinity (the platform for accountants to manage their clients’ QuickFile accounts). That sounds like a lot but actually you’ll hit 1000 with only 4 or 5 sales and purchase invoices per week averaged over the year - that’s in total, e.g. 2 sales and 3 purchases, or 4 sales and 1 purchase, not 5 of each.
Personally I think that them calling such an account “Large” is a bit of a misnomer, but even with the subscription QuickFile is exceptional value for money compared to other cloud-based book-keeping systems like Xero or QuickBooks.
Hello @Chloe44
To add to what @ian_roberts correctly said you can check your usage report in Account Settings > All Settings > Audit tab > Account Usage Report.
Ah thanks, I’m confused though, it says in my tags I don’t have over a 1000? I htought it was based on how many transactions you had coming in and out? I took it literally that it was based on that number?

Hello @Chloe44
The account size is based on nominal postings not transactions.
I recommend taking a look at the following guides and checking out the ledger count, so you can see how this is broken down for your account:
Account size explained

What items make up your ledger count

How to check the size of your account

I hope that helps.
Thanks! I’ve just subscribed there was only one option so I hope I’ve subscribed to the right thing?
