System problems?

Good morning

Does anyone else have any system problems? Its running super slow, tells me i cant save an invoice at this time, keeps saying the connection isnt secure, a privacy error or says not responding. My internet seems fine and other sites i am using are working okay.

There are reported issues with Microsoft Azure, which is part of the infrastructure behind our platform. This is affecting multiple platforms, not just ours. We are continuing to monitor this and will be posting updates on our status page, too.

Yes, same here. One company account won’t open due to a security issue and several transactions won’t save.

Update : working ok at the moment.

Yes, lots of issues. Unable to log in on multiple attempts. When finally logged in, system died in the middle of creating a purchase.

The issue is still ongoing. We are updating our status page as and when we receive updates from Microsoft.

Same for me all morning so far. Trying to do a whole bunch of stuff from quotes to purchases, and it keeps hanging up!!

I am having all the above problems too. Awful timing as I am demonstrating Quickfile to a client today to try to persuade them to switch from the dreadful QuickBooks. But it’s going badly :frowning:

When do you think it will be fixed?

no access at all, log in page directs to microsoft azure error page.

Our business has ground to a halt, cannot generate invoices or process payments :frowning:

As mentioned on the status page, unfortunately the error is on Microsoft’s end. They have, however, reported that 96% of the services have been restored and they’re working on the remaining 4%.
