I am just starting with QuickFile.
I have uploaded my first bank statement which has only one line with a transfer of £600 from my personal account. Do I need to tag it? What should I ste it as?

You can tag it to Director loan account if company or capital a/c if sole trader

Another question which is related to this:
I have made some payments from my personal account (flights…etc). So I guess the company owes me these expenses. What should I do?
My guess is I transfer the amounts from my business account to my personal account, upload the bank statement and then tag them? But what should I tag it as? I have the receipts in my receipt hub.

You can tag flight invoices if they qualify as business expense to may be traveling and mark it paid using director a/c. Any transfer from company bank to director a/c can be tagged to payment to DLA
