Hi, I need to change the team members for Quickfile client ref 6131541363 but it seems to be locked for editing. I’m able to edit team members for other accounts so I’m not sure why this one is different. Can you look into for me please?

Are you logging in via Affinity or direct login via the companies URL as the Affinity user is not the admin on the account.
You would need to log in as admin to edit team member details.
I always login in via Affinity. So I did direct login and was able to change the team settings. In future if I need to change team members I’ll remember to login directly rather than via Affinity. Thanks for coming back so quickly so I could get this sorted.
Or make the Affinity user be the admin…
