Team Management Privileges

Dear All my team management Privileges are not working i have tried setting up a user and granting them Privileges but it seems the sales option is the only ones working. Please could you help if you are having the same problems

OK I’d just like to take a look at the account you are referring to first. I will send you a private message to obtain the relevant account details and we can go from there.

It took me a while to realise that privileges are default allow and ticking the box against a privilege disables it.

I’m wondering if you have done the same, i.e. ticked things thinking you are granting the new user privileges but actually you’ve been turning privileges off for them?
