Hi
I tried to set my accountant up as a part of our team but it says

This Email address has already been registered to another QuickFile account. To manage multiple QuickFile accounts from a single email login

However she has no knowledge of this ??? can you help or advise

If your accountant would like to contact us directly, we can have a look at what accounts their email address is associated with.
