Team member linked to a different account

I have a team member whose email address is registered, but they are not showing up on my team member list. Is it possible they are associated with somebody else’s account by mistake?

They must be registered to another Quick File account. You can enter the address here and you will receive an email with the account to which the address is associated.

I guess that Natalie is registered to another account (in error) which isn’t my account. I believe I have only one account and Natalie is not listed as a team member. Is it possible that her registered email address is associated by mistake, to another Colin Watson?

If you get Natalie to complete the form on the link above we can determine which account she is registered to, she can then login and disassociate herself from that account.
