Are new team members notified automatically by QF as soon as they have been added?? Or do I have to send through details myself to the new member??
Thanks for that. I ticked the box but my accountant (ie new member) hasn’t had any notification. Have double checked email address…all ok. Does it take a while to process??

If it is your accountant, you may have an issue if they have other QuickFile clients as you can only link you email address to 1 QuickFile account.
One option is creating them an email on your domain and giving them access to it
for example accountant@katelaven.co.uk
I did check with him and he has no other QF clients - but thank you - will organise this neat workaround!
