Template - Changed invoice name not showing on invoice

Can you provide me with a few more details please?

You mention you can see the template in “Invoice customisation” - is this the customisation option in Account Settings, or the Invoice Gallery?

What kind of customisation is it that you’ve applied (e.g. the look of an invoice, or some wording like default notes or the title of a document)?

This is in Account settings.

Instead of ‘Invoice’ at the top of one of my invoices I wish it to say ‘Proforma Invoice’

Providing you see a success message when you try to save this, it should pull through to the invoice preview (not the invoice creation) screen without any problems.

If that’s not the case - I’ve found a few potential accounts which could be yours; if you could supply me with the last 3 digits of your QuickFile account number, I’ll take a quick look for you.
