The CSV file appears to be corrupt

I’ve just tried uploading a TSB bank statement for the last few weeks, but receive the following error. I can’t see anything wrong with the CSV file, I’ve compared it to an earlier CSV and the formatting looks identical.

Previous CSV files upload fine, just this current one wont work.

Any ideas?

Lloyds/TSB CSV files have been problematic in the past so we would suggest downloading the QIF file instead which follows a much stricter universal format.

From memory I believe the Lloyds & TSB CSV files drop columns in the header and can also include some non-ASCII characters which will cause a problem with the CSV interpreter.

Downloaded the .qif file and everything worked fine, Thanks :grinning:
