There was a problem opening the new direct debit form

Is there a bug in the system whereby you can only set up a limited number of client Direct Debits through gocardless? I have a number of clients already set up but all clients i now try are being faced with an error

No, there are no limits on this.

When do you see this error exactly (e.g. what did you do to see it)?
How many QuickFile accounts do you have - is it just the one?

Only have one account this error is when the client clicks on the link that has been sent or i click on the link on their behalf. Also cant seem to manually import a mandate set up direct in Gocardless - dont know if it is linked?

I can see an error being flagged up on our end actually, so yes the issues would be related.

It seems that the link to GoCardless has been broken, which typically happens if either you’ve tried linking the same GoCardless account to more than 1 QuickFile account, or if it’s revoked on GoCardless itself.

If you go to Account Settings >> Manage Payment Options, disconnect GoCardless, and then reconnect it, that would resolve the issue for you.
