How do we allow our accountants access to our Quickfile account?

Hello @Harvey57

You can grant access to your accountant as you would do any other user in Account Settings > Team Management.

Please note you can only add an email address to 1 QuickFile account, if you accountants email has been added to one of their other clients account you will have to use an alternate email address or you accountant would have to use Affinity.
