How do I get it to process and submit please?

Hello Simon

I replied to your support ticket.

There is no HMRC tax account linked to your QuickFile

  • You will need to
  • Rollback the existing return (open the saved return and click rollback)
  • Link you HMRC account (HMRC Tax Accounts - MTD Returns)
  • Re run the return and submit

Thanks, yes I saw after posting. Set a reminder to check in 72 hours. I picked your company to try this MTD out from the name :wink: (I’m ex-HMRC)
