Tide Automated Bank Feed not updated since December 21st

My automated bank feed has not updated since December 21st 2021. I have not received any messages to indicate there is a problem. I am aware Tide are updating some accounts to ClearBank in the near future, not sure if thats an issue but it would be nice to know.

Someone else spoke about the same, that tide bank is moving accounts (see below,). This person opened a new bank account within quickfile, with the details of the moved new bank account. This person also revoked/deleted the bank feed of the old account and created a new feed for the new account.

This was resolved by deleting the Tide connections in both Quickfile and Tide and recreating them
