Our Bank feed has stopped reporting. It has done transactions to the end December 2022 but no 2023 transactions. I have checked authority and there were 21 days left and subsequently renewed access authority as well. No 2023 transactions are presently being transferred. Any ideas please?
99 times out of 100 these kinds of issues can be fixed by deleting the current feed and setting it up again from scratch. You won’t lose any already-imported transactions if you do this, you’re just removing the feed, not the whole account.
