Transaction not imported from bank account

Hi,

I’m missing a transaction in my QF statement.

With the Yodle (or whatever it was called) way, occasionally, it would think two different transactions were the same, but it was possible to get it to import by clicking on some bank feed options. With OpenBanking, this feature doesn’t exist.

How do I import this missing transaction?

The transaction date was 27/01/2020 for £36.90. The OB authorisation had not expired.

I’ve just discovered another transaction that’s not been imported on 7th November for £90.00. Is this my bank or QF?

Why don’t you add them manually?

If you go into the bank statement that has the missing transactions, you can click on More Options >> Refresh Feed which will bring in any transactions which haven’t yet been pulled in. However, this only goes back as far as 28 days, for anything missing before then, you will need to manually enter the transaction.
