I am about to transfer a client to affinity but he paid for a power user subscription a few months ago.
As he’s only used the subscription for a few months what happens to the fee he paid for 12 months?
Can the remaining period be refunded?
Even if it can, they may prefer (or need) to keep the subscription active if they are using any of the additional features it provides, such as CSS customisation.
This isn’t something that’s offered I’m afraid. As @ian_roberts mentions above, the Power User Subscription does come with it’s own added benefits.
