Transfer from USD account to GBP account

Why when you transfer from the USD account to GBP account the bank balance are correct but in the nominal accounts the current account shows the correct amount and the USD account has a small dollar sum left behind when it should be zero. Any ideas?

It’s likely to be due to exchange rate fluctuation. The Chart of Accounts report is always in GBP as this is the base currency used throughout QuickFile.

Would I be right in thinking you had, let’s say $100 into a USD bank account, and then $100 out to a GBP account, but on different dates?
