I have been trying to update my bank feed for over a week now with no success, which was working perfectly well for over a year. I now have a message saying that my URL destination is not configured (all after the TSB system update). Any light on how i can fix this issue? Thanks

The Yodlee feed works in the same way a your online banking account does. Given the issues TSB have been experiencing, this will have disrupted this and prevented it from updating.
We will look into this shortly to see what the current situation is.
Can I confirm - are you able to log in and access your account online all OK now or are there still issues with it?
They seem to have fixed most issues with Online Banking and there are no problems to log in. However, there is something wrong with the bank statement export feature and I cannot manually feed the QIF file to Quickfile as before. So I’m stuck now with no way of updating my accounts.
It may be that the issue started since they’ve changed the URL of the business online banking from tsb.co.uk to businessinternetbanking.tsb.co.uk

As with most changes, there are always challenges that put a bit of a block on these things - I’ll certainly keep an eye on this and speak with Yodlee to get it resolved as soon as possible.
In the meantime, you can download your transactions and import them into your account so you’re not missing any data:
