Unable to access previous invoices

suddenly this evening i have been unable to access my work space, every time i login it it takes me to page just showing company details.

My Dashboard is not available, all I get is Accounts Overview and Statements.

What is wrong please?

Hi,
it sounds like you are loged in to a client’s accounts. Have you setup a client’s account with your email address you also use for your normal quickfile account?

I have replied to your support ticket regarding this (you were indeed logging in as a client)

This seems to be happening rather frequently just now - is it worth you adding a check when creating a client account to reject any client email address that is already a team member on the same QuickFile account?
