Unable to activate or delete Recurring Invoice Template

Please can you have a look at Recurring Invoice Template R000031 as I cannot activate or delete it.

I don’t have access to accounts, but if you could tell me (or the forum in general) what error it’s giving you, we may be able to advise further.

I managed to ACTIVE and PAUSE it fine.

Glenn,

I signed on again via Google and I cannot activate the Template myself either from the Recurring Invoices view of from within the Template itself. I do not see any errors, its just that the buttons do not appear to do anything. I have not experienced this problem before today?

Glenn,

I think I have found the problem. After I cleared the cookies etc from Google Chrome. I started receiving a “Prevent this page from creating additional dialogues” pop-up box. This pop-up box is very annoying as many tasks performed on the website produce it. I must have ticked the box in the past as I can now Activate the Template. My next question is do you know how to configure Google to allow Popups for your website as ticking "“Prevent this page from creating additional dialogues” appears to stop it working?
