Unable to activate the bank feed

Hi there,

you have suspended the bank feed on QF. I have paid the fee £18 but still unable to connect QF with my bank account. whenever I try to log in into my account that’s what I see on the website:

6031 - Unable to Step Up as process requires the user to be Access Level 40 (Two Factor/ PINsentry).

Please either give me the correct instructions or do it yourself. I am due to do many things including the VAT return, and I’m unable to do that.

That suggests you’re logging into Barclays with a “memorable word” rather than the PINsentry device - change your login method and try again.
