Hi, I have been emailing statements to clients and attaching a pdf version of them. However with some clients this is not provided as an option. Is there a reason why this option is given for some clients and not others? Is there a particular variable that I need to be aware of?
Obviously with this option, you wouldn’t be able to check if a client has logged in to view invoices, estimates or statements, whereas if they are provided with just a link, QuickFile records them logging in, in their event log.
