Unable to delete entries in my credit card account

Hello,

I am unable to delete an extra transaction on my company card statement. Could somebody help me with that please?

I’m sorry to hear you’re having problems.
Has the transaction been locked by anything (e.g. a VAT return)?

No. I am not VAT registered and don’t file vat returns. I am not sure what has blocked the transactions.

Could you tell us a bit more about the transaction please? For example, is it tagged, and if so, how is it tagged?

Are you unable to delete it because the “x” is greyed out, or are you seeing an error?
