Unable to export Bank info

I am trying to export the bank information (as i do every month or so in to a .csv to do a manual rec

However when I click on export I get this message and then nothing downloads

This issue has now been resolved. The CSV exports are in working order.

EDIT:

Due to maintenance works we’re undergoing the above issue may persist throughout the day and should be fixed by the end of play today.
