I’m currently unable to import transactions from our HSBC accounts, using either the bank feed or manual import.
Bank Feed: Pops up bank login, after logging in display no transaction to import.
Manual import: Displays “There was an error processing your file. Please check with your system administrator.” after trying to import either a csv of ofx file
Sorry to hear you are having problems. With the manual import is the file you are using definitely a .csv file? Have you also tried using the ‘other’ bank option rather than the HSBC option in the drop down?
