Unable to Import Quickfile supplier - wrong password

I have two accounts with quickfile, one for a partnership (old), and one for a Ltd Company (very new). The same Supplier supplies both Customers.

I can confirm all this via quickfile.co.uk/login/search, when I type in each email account, and click on the corresponding links.

My supplier has sent some invoices via email to the new email address, and clicking on the hyperlink takes me to the supplier’s client area dashboeard, where there are teh invoices, along with a message:

You appear to have a QuickFile account registered under >email address<.
Type in your password below to import this supplier to your QuickFile account.

However, when I type the password (which I have confirmed is correct), I get:

Incorrect Password Supplied

Any idea what I am doing wrong?

I just wanted to confirm that this is when you’re trying to link a client account with a supplier on QuickFile, done through the client dashboard? Is that right?

To be clear - the supplier has sent me emails with a link to invoices from them. Clicking on any of those links takes me to the supplier’s website, https://suppliername.quickfile.co.uk/clientarea/salespreview?q=XXX, where I can see that invoice.

If I click on Account Overview under My Control Panel, I get a page with all the invoices, plus an option to:

Type in your password below to import this supplier to your QuickFile account.

This is where I get the

Incorrect Password Supplied

Thanks for confirming. I’ve asked a developer to take a look at this to try and replicate the issue. I’ll come back to you once I have an update.
