My accountant has already been in touch with Mathew about issues with my bank feed. Mathew recommended to her that I link with Open Banking. I have tried doing so but keep receiving the message: Failed to create an account request. Please try again later. Can you please recommend what I should do now?

At what stage do you see this message? Are you able to log in and grant access to QuickFile, or do you not get that far?
