Today we are unable to log into Quickfile because we keep being presented with the Renew Subscription screen.
Whatever page we go on always display the Renew screen. We have not used the Power subscription since November 2017 so I am not sure why it is showing now. We have not found a way of preventing it for showing up.
Any idea how to fix this so that we can use Quickfile.

If you haven’t renewed your subscription when it expired back in November 2017, it was likely that your account dropped into one of the free tiers (XS, S or M), but has since moved back into the L or XL tiers based on your account entries.
The nominal ledger count is based on the last 12 months of entries. I will send you a private message shortly so I can confirm your ledger count for you. Please look for a green notification in the top right hand corner.
