Unable to renew Power user subscription on logging in

When I log in to my account I get the following page and no way forward:

Hope you can assist as I need to get back to some resemblence of work after a stroke.

Something seems a bit off with that page, including the styling and layout. It should look more like this:


The button to continue appear below this, but I’m assuming this isn’t the case for you?

It may be worth trying a hard refresh (Ctrl + F5), or even trying a different browser (a browser extension may be preventing something from loading, for example).

Thanks - rebooting my PC a couple of times as well as a move back to Chrome has got me working and a new subscription taken out,
