I do not seem to be able to reset my login password, I fill in the forgot password email and request it but it never arrives.
I cannot gain access to my account.

Have you checked your spam folder? Also, make sure you enter the correct email address. May you have done this already, just an idea to get started.
Hi and thanks for the reply, I have checked my spam folder, and double checked the email address spelling and again I never get the reset email.
I waited 24 hours after requesting it and still no email.
I believe my colleague has sent you a private message to try and get this resolved for you.
