I have tried to change my next year end to run the process for December 2015, although it keeps reverting to December 2016, can someone please assist, I need to run the process as a matter of urgency.

A usual issue would be the year end date in company settings. If you go to Account Settings > Company Settings, you can check and change this here if needed.
If this doesn’t work, if you could let me know the error and your account number, I’ll take a look for you.

I have tried to change it, it keeps reverting back to the 2016 date.

If you could change it for me and explain how to run it, that would be useful.

I’ve just taken a quick look, loaded up the year end tool (Account Settings > All Settings > Year End Process), and it’s showing the 2015 date:
December 2016 isn’t an option on the drop down, and shouldn’t appear until that date has passed
