Unable to save new purchases

Hi, I have created a New Purchase and just cannot get this saved. I cannot see a SAVE option and each time I leave the page I have to restart.

You should see a ‘Save Details’ button at the bottom of the page, below payment details:

hi yes I have seen and clicked on the save button, but it returns an error as I have not made a payment yet, just made the purchase.

Are you able to take a screenshot of the error please, or paste it here?

The invoice needs details entered on the line. You need to enter details in the ‘description’ box:

maybe it is just the screen shot, but yes I have entered the details! On the actual one I HAD in fact entered 10 lines of details…but as i have not paid for the purchase I obviouslu could not complete the bottom section and whenever I clicked the save button i was expected to enter payment details first…

Unless the following is checked, you shouldn’t need to enter any payment:

If that box is checked however it will try to validate if a payment amount has been specified and it will return an error if no amount is supplied. If you can provide us with the exact error you’re getting, that will give us more of a clue.

Got it Glen. So I entered 10 line items and had one additional line with no data…that was the problem. Thanks for support.
