Unable to sign in to Yodlee bank feeds

I have signed up to Yodlee and paid the subscription, however it is not allowing me to sign into my bank account with HSBC. I have put in the username, password and security code generated from the device several times, but each time it says it is incorrect. I know it is correct though because I can log into the bank directly using the same codes.

I’ve just tested this with a HSBC account and it seems to load all OK. Please can you make sure you’ve selected the correct type of HSBC for your account?

The list contains HSBC for personal and business use (listed separately), as well as alternative versions for other countries.

This is the option you should be selecting for HSBC business:

And then just follow the steps.
