I’ve previously successfully submitted VAT returns previously, but I’ve just raised two new ones which include the deferred period due to COVID at the beginning of the year and I’m not being given the option to submit!
My settings haven’t changed. Though I tried toggling off/on the MTD option in settings which made no difference.
What am I doing wrong?

Can I just double check - are you seeing the periods in the list before creating the VAT return, or is the issue after this step?
It’s after that step. I’ve created the returns and saved them, but the submit option isn’t offered.
Is this maybe something to do with MTD? I believe I’m signed up to MTD with HMRC.

Sorted it!
I must have had MTD disabled when I created the returns.
I rolled them both back and checked I had MTD enabled.
Now it’s giving me the option to submit

They new have the blue MTD “sash” across the top LHS.
