Unable to upload bank statement

Hi. I am unable to upload my bank statement. I have a Bank of Scotland account and have tried using Halifax and Other option for account type. The error message I get is:

There was an error processing your file
The CSV file appears to be corrupt.
Error: The CSV appears to be corrupt near record ‘1’ field '8 at position ‘206’.

Your help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hi @MPF

Sounds like there’s an issue with the formatting in the file itself.

If you open it in Notepad or equivalent, do you see any issues in the formatting? If you wish, send me a Private Message (click my name and then ‘Message’) and upload the file there, and I’ll take a quick look for you :slight_smile:
