Unable to view file attached to purchase

Hi I am trying to view attached files that I have attached to purchases but they are not loading up for me to view?

What type of file is it please (e.g. .pdf, .txt, .xlsx)?
Are you seeing any error messages?
Are you trying to view it in your browser or are you downloading it and trying to view it?

It is a PDF file. I am trying to open within the browser.

If you download the file (right click the attachment and save it) rather than opening it directly, does it open all OK, or does it give you any warnings (e.g. file is corrupt)?

It just goes to a blank page and never opens. Right clicking does not work either.

I think it is a Microsoft Edge problem. It worked on another search engine. Thanks

It’s quite possibly your browser. Modern browsers tend to come with a PDF reader built in.
