I have discovered two unallocated payments belonging to the period already sumitted (previous accounting year)
It is altogether in the amount of 13£
Is there any chance to amend by entry in current accounting period ?

Have you filed that period with Companies House yet, or just run the year end process on QuickFile?
If you have run the year end process, can you undo it, although it may adjust your figures (albeit by £13).
