Undo year end lock catch 22

Hi

I’m coming up against this issue where I can’t undo the lock or delete the year end jnl because of each other. The year end jnl is the latest one so not sure what the issue is.

There is my own y/e jnl that is also on the y/e end date (same as the QF “padlocked” jnl) but hopefully I don’t need to delete that too. It is below the “padlocked” jnl in the list
