Updating bank feeds after period of non use

Hi there. Using QuickFile for first time. Company QuickFile record was not used for six months (ish) … bank feeds continued to come through until end August and then stopped due to non use. Went in for first time in early December and ‘refreshed’ the feeds. I now have transactions from the start of November (28 days before I hit refresh) but nothing for the period from end August to then.

How do I get those transactions to pull through?

Its a Barclays feed. I don’t have access to the online banking.

The feed is able to pull in transactions that your bank allows. In this case, it seems that Barclays allows up to 28 days worth of transactions, so this is likely to be the most the feed is able to support at the moment.

The best way would either be to either import a .csv file (you would need to download this from online banking, so you may need to ask the person with access), or to input them manually. Or alternatively, you could tag the invoices which would create the bank transactions for you.
