Upload from Lloyds Bank not working?

I’m getting the message: “There was an error processing your file.Please check with your system administrator.” when I try to upload a lloyds bank .qif file created today (using bank = other).

I have uploaded files this way lots of times before without problems.

Any suggestions?

I’ve tried this with a file I have from Lloyds and this has worked all OK. Does it work if you use the “Lloyds” option rather than “Other”?

I have downloaded a new file from Lloyds today and this one seems to have worked fine!

I did try 2 separate files yesterday in various combinations of “other” and “lloyds” - not sure what was going on - maybe the problem was with Lloyds and they have fixed it
