Uploading csv file dates

I’m trying to upload the csv file from my website for website sales. It will only let me do it from 1st jan and not before, even though the data goes back to earlier in 2019.

Also, the mandatory fields make me choose paid date and issue date but I only have one date on my file? I can’t upload because all the fields are not completed but I simply do not have the data it is requesting.

How do I get around this?

I’ve never needed to use paid date when uploading sales cvs file. Issue date is fine on its own. I’d suggest you may have a problem with the way your columns are headed.
