Uploading CSV ignores previous year

HI
I am trying to upload a HSBC CSV however it seems to ignore the postings for the prior year’s dates (e.g. 27/12/14) and only starts to capture from the first entry for 2015 in the same file (e.g. 02/01/15).

Does anyone know why this might be ?

Is your account locked to a certain date? This would block any bank imports.

You can check this in Account Settings >> Account Lock Date

It may well be the format of the date on the CSV itself?

Did you modify the CSV in any way on Excel or is this a direct download from HSBC?
